The module ensures that users are automatically created when they are added to the source system, automatically updated with changes (e.g., role changes or name corrections), and automatically deactivated or removed when someone leaves.

The SCIM module of Ecmanage can be linked with various source systems. This connection with the Ecmanage KMS enables automatic synchronization of user data. Consider systems like Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Azure. Once an employee is added in the source system, this is automatically synchronized in the Ecmanage KMS. The role, packages, and rights are also automatically included. This prevents errors, eliminates double entry, and saves time on manual tasks. Thus, the data in both systems is always up to date.
The SCIM module ensures secure and structured data transfer between the source system and the Ecmanage KMS, fully compliant with privacy regulations and information security standards of ISO 27001. This protects sensitive information well and makes user data management efficient and reliable.
